Fonts



Roman is a formal type of font and would be used in something like a newspaper or word document as it is easy and simple to read and is quite basic.

Whereas fonts like Decorative Shiny, decorative basic and Inline are a lot more fancy/fun and would be used to connote something of higher value or class. They are something you might see on a menu of a fancy restaurant or a show. 

The daily telegraphs masthead is fancier than the daily mirrors masthead, which is simplistic and on a red background which sticks out to the reader and makes it a lot more noticeable than the daily telegraphs. The bold font for the daily mirror connotes simplicity and less quality than the daily telegraphs. The daily telegraphs font connotes that the newspaper is a higher class than the daily mirror.

red background for the daily mirror suggests it supports the labour party.
